With over a decade of teaching experience and a variety of formal training, Danica’s teaching style is rooted in the traditional yoga system and from the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute.

By blending traditional wisdom with modern science, she provides teachers and students with the tools to create therapeutic yoga practices that help to support all aspects of health and wellness.  Through a combination of breath-work and somatic conscious movement, Danica’s yoga classes, workshops and certified Teacher Trainings will help you rededicate yourself to the resources and tools within for a deeper connection with self.

By feeling the connection between body sensations and suppressed emotions, you can address lifelong traumas at the root cause with the support of a compassionate and experienced practitioner.
